• Apple Sign In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity associated with it.

4. Coin System

SnapPixel AI operates using a virtual coin system.

• Coins are used to access premium AI editing tools.
• Coin balances are non-transferable.
• Coins have no monetary or cash value.
• Unused coins are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Purchases

Coin purchases are securely processed through Apple In-App Purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple.
• SnapPixel AI does not store payment card information.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Use SnapPixel AI for unlawful activities

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded images and content.

By uploading content, users grant SnapPixel AI permission to process images solely to provide requested editing services.

8. Intellectual Property

SnapPixel AI, including branding, logos, design elements, software, and services, is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

SnapPixel AI is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted performance.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party platform issues.
